Refund Policy

Subscriptions

You may cancel your Pro or VIP subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will retain access through the end of your current billing period. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.

One-time purchases

Because pick content is delivered immediately after purchase, one-time packs are generally non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing content you paid for, contact paidparkingspot@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve it.

Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate and resolve the issue directly.
